Solid Foundation. – The foundation for Haxall & Crenshaw’s new mill is a most substantial piece of work, and we hope the day is not far distant when the contemplated building will be constructed upon it. The flour mills of Richmond are the wonder of every visitor, illustrating, as they do, the prominent feature of Southern enterprise.
