Personal. – Capt. Pegram and Capt. Catesby Jones, of the Virginia Navy, were at the Exchange Hotel yesterday. Among the arrivals at the Spotswood Hotel were Capt. Matthew F. Maury and Lieut. Lewis, late of the U. S. Navy; Hon. R. M. T. Hunter, of Virginia, and Lieut. Watters, of the Federal Navy.
