From the
Richmond
Dispatch,

, p. 2
Preparing. - In
passing the prison depot, on
Main street
, yesterday, we noticed that a guard of Confederate soldiers were standing in
front of the building as if waiting for an arrival of prisoners, a number of
whom are expected from
Manassas
and
Staunton
to-day. Twenty-one were brought to the latter place and placed in jail there
yesterday.
