From the Richmond Dispatch, 3/26/1862

Bellevue Hospital. - We learn that Dr. Coggen, the accomplished resident physician of Bellevue Hospital, (Church Hill,) has resigned his position, and taken the place of Dr. Parker, on Franklin street, who has gone into the army. We have not yet learned who will succeed Dr. Coggen at the hospital.
