Suicide of a Soldier. - A soldier who had been for some weeks confined by indisposition to his bed at Chimborazo Hospital, cut his throat on Monday night. The reporter is informed that the deceased asked for a furlough to go home, and not obtaining it, resorted to the desperate expedient of taking his own life.
