Prisoners Arrived. – Five hundred and forty Federal prisoners, taken at Shiloh and Fort Donelson, who have since been in the South, arrived from Macon, Ga., yesterday. They were quartered at the Libby prison. While at Tuscaloosa, Ala, 200 of their number died. They will be sent home at an early day. There were no officers among them.
