City Battalion. – The City Battalion, under Major Elliott, expect to have a grand parade to day, mustering first at their barracks, South side of the basin, and proceeding thence to Camp Lee, where the men will go through the exercise of the battalion drill, after which they will come to the city and proceed to the Capitol Square.
