Libby Prison. – Capt. Thomas D. Jeffress, of the 56th Regiment Va., Vols. Floyd's old brigade, has been placed in charge of the Libby Prison during the absence of Capt. Henry Wertz, who has gone South to search up and send to Richmond all Yankee prisoners, so that they may be exchanged.
