From the Richmond Dispatch, 11/11/1862, p. 1, c. 5City Council. - … T. W. Hoenniger, proprietor of the Spotswood House, having tendered to the Council for the use of the poor 100 cords of wood from his farm below Richmond, it was accepted, and the thanks of the Council ordered to be returned to him.
