Personal. - Lieut.-Col Skinner, of the 1st Virginia regiment, arrived in Richmond yesterday to place himself under the professional care of Dr. Gibson. Col. Skinner's wounds, which were received in the last battle of Manassas, though severe, are not such as to preclude the hope of his return to active duty in the field at an early day.
