Arrest for Selling Liquor. Thomas Bradford, proprietor of the "Wayside Inn," Franklin street, was arrested yesterday evening by detective Fowlkes, of the Eastern District, and carried to Castle Thunder, by order of Gen. Winder, for selling liquor contrary to the proclamation of martial law forbidding its sale. Bradford offered a stout resistance to the officer, but finally had to succumb. He will be heard before Court Martial to-day.
