Horse Stolen. - Capt. Jackson Warner, Commissary of the Confederate and other Government prisons in Richmond, on Saturday last rode up to D. F. Huffard's, on 12th street, and dismounting, left his horse standing in the street. On his return, in about five minutes thereafter, he found that some unscrupulous thief had carried off the animal.
