Overflowing. – The building called the Libby Prison is literally overflowing with Yankees. –Yesterday there were fourteen hundred and fifty in confinement, with no immediate prospect of an abatement of the nuisance. The expense to the Government in supporting this large number of non-producing vagabonds is of course considerable. The authorities would, of course, gladly get rid of them if they could on the usual terms; but since the battle of Fredericksburg none of their prisoners who were brought to Richmond have been sent for by them. No boat has arrived at City Point, and though the Abolitionists were paroled for a journey immediately on their arrival here, they still linger, no doubt cursing the Confederates for the neglect of their own Government.
