From the Richmond Dispatch, 3/24/1862, p. 2, c. 2Arrests of “Union Men.” – Seven men, named Andrew Reynolds, Stephen Martin, David Reynolds, Wm. Bohern, Francis F. Tinnell, Thos. Aliff, and D. H. Webster, were arrested recently in Roanoke county, Va., and were brought down yesterday and lodged in Castle Godwin. We heard that they were to be sent to the peninsula to Gen. Magruder, to work on the fortifications.
