FLYING ARTILLERY. –

We are authorized to raise a company of Flying Artillery, to be composed of young men between the ages of sixteen and eighteen, and to be attached to Major Archer’s Tredegar (Eighth) Battalion Virginia Volunteers.

The guns we propose to use can be seen at the Tredegar Works.

Each member will be expected to provide himself with a cheap uniform.
