Body of a Soldier Found. – The body of a soldier, supposed from his dress to be from Louisiana, rose to the surface of the Dock yesterday, near the corner of 20^th street, and though much decomposed, was secured to the bank, in order that the Coroner might hold an inquest over the remains.
