SPECIAL ORDER, No. 54

VI. Recruits, with or without officers in charge, convalescents and other soldiers, now or hereafter detained in this city, for any cause whatever, will immediately proceed to Camp Winder, near the Reservoir, and report to Colonel John C. Porter, commanding at that post.
