The Military Prison. – There were 21 prisoners in this establishment last night, and more expected. Beside the military guard there, will be found the following officers on duty – viz: Samuel Maccubbin, Chief of the Provost Marshal’s police, and Baldwin T. Allen, of Cumberland county, Va., Clerk of the prison.
