From the Richmond Dispatch, 4/17/1862, p. 2, c. 3Wants Fumigating. – Residents in the vicinity complain that the pavement in front of the St. Charles Hotel exudes an odor peculiarly unacceptable to the olfactories. The keepers of that popular place of resort will no doubt fumigate or cleans the premises to prevent choleratic symptoms.
