Increase of Accommodations. – In consequence of the present and prospective increase of Yankee prisoners here, the Secretary of War has authorized the employment of the large tobacco factory of Crew and Pemberton, on Cary street, nearly opposite the present prison, in order to accommodate them in any number. The present prison is crowded.
