COMPLAINTS. - We profess to know nothing about Drewry’s Bluff, save that it has made the best defence yet offered to the gunboats of the enemy. It is therefore not in the knowledge of the Dispatch whether the complaint against high officials concerning the works there, which crept into its local column on Friday, without proper supervision, is well founded or not. Nor is it posted with reference to the merits or fame of the Engineer in behalf of whom the aforesaid complaint is made. Therefore it does not desire to be considered as committed on these matters.
