ROYSTER HOSPITAL, June 16, 1862.

This is to certify that M. W. Harris, private in Thomas Artillery company, was a patient under my charge for several weeks, and owing to the fact that his health was rather precarious for camp service, he has been regularly detailed for service in this Hospital, by order of Secretary of War.
