The sitting magistrate at the Police Court had but little to do yesterday, and performed his usual duties with alacrity. The body of Henry, a darkey employed at the Chimborazo Hospital, found in the street attached to a basket of sugar, which it was supposed he had stolen, was administered on in the usual way.
