CATCH THE DESERTER. – JOHN J. PETERSON deserted from my company (attached to DeGournay’s Battalion) on or about the 8th inst. – He is supposed to be lurking around Richmond, or at his home at Weldon, N. C. The usual Government reward will be paid for his apprehension to me at Redoubt No. 4, near this city.
