Disappearing. – Owing to the persevering assiduity of guards from the army, or some other potent cause, the number of straggling soldiers in our midst has been reduced to a mere fraction of what it was two days since. Yesterday the streets were comparatively clear of this species of humanity. – The Capitol Square, noted as a resort for idle soldiers, allowed, on the occasion referred to, an equally clean record.
