Superintendent of Prisons. – Gen. Winder, commanding the Department of Henrico, has appointed Lieut. Trabue General Superintendent of the different Yankee prisons. His special business is to see that the guard do their duty. Lieut. Trabue was formerly a member of the Richmond Howitzers and instructor in artillery practice at Camp Lee.
