NOTICE TO SECOND CLASS MILITIA. – Notice is hereby given that I will PAY OFF the eight companies of Major Rich’d A. Wilkins’s battalion this (THURSDAY) morning, at the State Court-House, on Capitol Square, commencing at 10 o’clock. Captains, and others having powers of attorney to receive the money of any of this command, will please apply early. Those persons who have not signed the rolls will attend and do so before the payment commences.
