Dr. Rucker. - This traitor is still confined in Castle “Thunder,” awaiting a trial by court-martial.—An armed guard is always near his person, and there is little danger that he will escape a trial.—The Doctor is a plain looking countryman, and not calculated to attract the attention by his looks which his crimes have directed upon him.
