From the Richmond Dispatch, 9/23/1862, p. 2, c. 5

Reprieved. – The three soldiers — Rogers Kellaher, and McGowan — who were to have been shot at 11 o'clock to-morrow at have been shot at 11 o'clock to-morrow at Camp Lee, for desertion, were reprieved yesterday by President Davis for ten days. They received the announcement at Castle Thunder with evident signs of satisfaction and pleasure.
