Discharged. – The fourteen men arrested a few days since as street loafers, were discharged from Castle Thunder yesterday, by order of Gen. Winder. Mr. Sam’l F. Carnsi, arrested several months since on suspicion of disloyalty, has also been discharged from the Castle.
