From the Richmond Dispatch, 7/1/1862
If any considerable body of Yankees are brought to
this city in future as prisoners, they will be stowed away in the large new mill
of Warwick & Barksdale, which is capable of holding 1,000. The New York 7th
Regiment once dined there as the guests of the city.
