From the Richmond Enquirer, 9/19/1861, p. 3, c. 3ESCAPE OF FEDERAL PRISONERS. – We learn that a party of six Yankee mercenaries escaped from the tobacco factory in which they were confined, about 6 o’clock last evening, and notwithstanding the vigorous search which was at once instituted for them, continued, up to a late hour last night, to elude the pursuit.
