CLOSED. – The American House Hospital in this city, opened some time since under the auspices of the ladies, quietly closed yesterday, the last patient they had in hand having recovered and gone forth. Having no sick to attend, they abandoned a field of labor in which they were both faithful and useful. – Portsmouth Transcript.
