D. W. ROGERS, one of the soldiers condemned to be shot, has been pardoned, because of gallant conduct heretofore. He was condemned for desertion. His companions sentenced for the same offence, and now in Castle Thunder, are it is said, to be shot on Saturday, at Camp Lee. They received their condemnation for the same offence as Rogers.
