THE MANCHESTER HOSPITAL. – The Danville Railroad workshops, we learn, have been undergoing the requisite system of arrangement to render them available for the accommodation of wounded soldiers. The location is excellent for the purpose, being upon the banks of the river, free from the unhealthy atmosphere of the city, and commanding a continual current of pure air, fresh from the clouds and forests. The new hospital will be capable of containing five hundred patients, and we understand a number have already been removed thither, from the temporary hospitals in the city, to be followed by more as soon as circumstances will permit.
