CORRECTION. – William B. Pratt, the young man who was
killed in the explosion at the Laboratory, on Tuesday, was a native of this
city, and not of Washington, as stated by us on Wednesday. He was the son of
John W. Pratt, who has been a resident of Virginia for over forty-five years.
