BRIM FULL. - Castle Godwin, the receptacle of offenders
against military law, contains at present one hundred and seventy-two prisoners.
If offenders continue to be sent thither a speedy enlargement of the domicile
will be necessary, or an inevitable "cave in" will probably be the
consequence.
