THE RICHMOND MILITARY PRISONS, with the exception of Castle Thunder, are as silent and empty as deserted bee hives, the Yankee occupants having swarmed on Belle Isle. Nearly all the prisoners, save the wounded, have been transferred to that salubrious spot.
