You are informed that Genl Winder
Comdg. has ordered that any soldiers found in the streets without proper
authority for being absent from the Hospital will be examined by Surgeon H. G.
Davidson at the Barracks on 7th St. and, if found fit to travel, will
be sent to their commands.
