Sir:
You will proceed without delay to
organize a Gen. Hos. for the accommodation of Wounded Officers at the Alms House
building, formerly known as G. H. No. 1. It will be considered as a temporary
divn of the Hos now under your charge.
Mr. Gill at the city court house
will turn over to you such parts of the building as may be required.
Enclosed you will find a letter
from G. W. Randolph Esq. which you will please return.
