Sir,

You are directed to transfer the sick and wounded from the four other divisions of the Hos. Under your charge to either the 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th Divns, as you may think preferable and when its capacity has been reached, to open another Divn in accordance with previous directions. The necessary changes in the assignments of attendants and Medl Officers will be made.
