MEDICAL DIRECTOR'S OFFICE,
RICHMOND, VA., Sept. 28, 1863.

(CIRCULAR.)

I. The Medical Director's Office has been removed from 9th street to the second floor of the new government building on the South-west corner of Broad and 10th streets.

II. The building used as a Way-Side Hospital having been transferred to the Engineer Bureau, General Hospital No. 9, (Seabrook's Warehouse), at the corner of 17th and Grace streets, will be hereafter used for the same purposes, and be known as "THE RECEIVING AND WAY HOSPITAL."
