Mr. Luck is hereby formally notified that he must instruct
his ambulance drivers not to unload the sick at any of the four Chimborazo
Hospitals, until they have ascertained whether there are any accommodations for
them; Now they are in the habit of depositing the sick soldier in the street
& driving off without waiting for directions from the Surgeon in Charge.
This will not be permitted at the Hospitals under my charge.
