Sir:
            Your Morning Report shows five Stewards on duty in the 2^nd Divn an excess it seems of two. You are directed to report the names of these supernumerary Stewards to this Office that they may be assigned to duty elsewhere, unless their services are actually required in their present position which fact you will state.

Your attention is called to the fact that while the above division of your Hos. has five Stewards, the 1^st Div. has only one.
