Sir,
You are respy requested to state
(after consultation with you Division Surgeon) your opinion as to the
advisibility of a Surgeon Dentist making visits to your Hospl at Stated times,
say 2 times or 3 times weekly for such simple operations on the teeth
(principally extraction) as may be required. The services of a Dentist very
skillful in Extraction &c can be procured on contract.
