THE DUTIES ON PHOTOGRAPHS.

A delegation of leading photographers in the United States are here, asking to be relieved from the payment of any duties on their products in stamps, and to be permitted to pay percentage on monthly sales each month. The Committee on Ways and Means gave them a hearing to-day. Among the delegation are M. B. BRADY, B. GURNEY and C. D. FREDERICKS, of New-York, and ALLEN GARDNER[1], of Washington.
