The following is given, in the Richmond papers, as a list of the officers in charge of the prisons and hospitals in that city: Capt. G. E. Gibbs, of Florida; Lieuts. J. L. W. Hairston, of Mississippi; R. M. Booker, of Virginia; W. R. Bradford, of Maryland; E. Semple, of Alabama; Sergt. Henry Wirtz, of Louisiana; Clerk, Charles S. Chapman; Surgeons, Drs. E. G. Higginbotham, W. M. Fuqua, and Owen B. Hill.
