Arrests. – A number of arrests were made by the police yesterday, but none of much consequence. Three slaves and a free negro were arrested for stealing 17 blankets from Seabrook’s Hospital. Anna Jackson, a white woman, arrested in the streets Saturday night dressed in male attire, was discharged yesterday morning.
