From North Carolina. - Hiram Thacker, Co. C, 21st N. C., and Riley Craigle, Co. D., 16th N. C., were received at Castle Thunder yesterday, the former charged with shooting at a citizen in Guilford county, N. C., and the latter charged with murder.
