JUDGE LYON’S COURT. - The only
case disposed of by this court on Saturday, was that of Henry Smith, charged
with breaking into the factory of Turpin & Yarbrough, and stealing a pair of
shoes. He was convicted of petty larceny and sent to jail for six months.
